Kanghua has a full lineup of diamond wire saws for a wide range of materials and applications. Our diamond wire saws use injection molded synthetic rubber and springs for assembly. 

Synthetic rubber wire saws are very flexible and therefore easy to use and minimize the risk of uneven wear on the wire saw bead. 

The Kanghua wire saw has at least 40 beads per meter. The more beads per meter, the larger the contact surface between the cut diamond and the wire saw, resulting in higher cutting speeds and longer product life. In addition, the smaller the distance between the beads, the more uniform the cut.
